The 2008 Routes have been approved by Cape Nature and can be viewed and downloaded from the "ROUTES" tab. We are using Google Earth and you have the choice of downloading a basic .jpg file with the routes superimposed on it, or use the Google Earth functionality to explore the the whole area. Check out the South Peaks “Xtreme” route if you really enjoy wilderness hiking.

We're on !!! – The 18th Senior Scout Adventure 2008 is open for bookings – download your Save a Place booklet now and read all about it. The hardcopies have been sent to the Provincial offices. Please note that the preferred way of submitting the save a place form is by downloading the Excel form and emailing it to the adventuresecretary@scouting.org.za

If you are a senior Scout, 15 years or older, and you are looking for high adventure and an outdoor challenge in a famous mountain wilderness, then the SENIOR SCOUT ADVENTURE in December has been designed for you!

Come and experience the feeling of adventure and achievement backpacking and climbing in a vast unspoilt wilderness well known for its unique features like the Wolfberg Cracks, the Wolfberg Arch, and the Maltese Cross. Enjoy the soaring peaks like the Tafelberg, Groot Krakadouw and the Sneeuwberg with their cliffs, pinnacles, ravines and valleys.
